Monckton Chambers boosts merger control team with A&O lawyer

Berridge, previously a counsel at the magic circle firm, has advised on a number of key M&A deals, including Virgin Money’s acquisition of nationalised bank Northern Rock last year (17 November 2011). She was called to the bar last year.

Monckton said the hire will bring profile and experience to the team amid an increase in deal activity.
