MoFo raids Sonnenschein for trio of IP partners

Morrison Foerster has hired a three-partner IP team from Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal for its Palo Alto and Washington DC offices.
Alexandria Hadjis and Kristen Yohannan join as partners in Washington while Rudy Kim joins as partner in Palo Alto.
MoFo litigation chair Steven Kaufmann said: "Our practice continues to gain technical talent and trial prowess with the addition of Alex, Kristin and Rudy. They provide a complimentary addition to our practice in patent litigation and major IP disputes."
Hadjis added: "We've long been aware of Morrison Foerster's eminence and profile across all areas of IP, litigation, patent prosecution, technology transactions and life sciences."
Earlier this year (28 May) The Lawyer reported on Sonnenschein making 124 members of staff redundant. The firm laid of six partners, four counsel and 27 associates mainly from its real estate and litigation practice.
