Müjdem Aksoy is a senior associate in Cerrahoğlu’s Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 2005.
Aksoy’s practice is focused on the mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence) of both public and private companies and joint ventures in various sectors. Aksoy also has experience in corporate law, commercial law, insurance law, health law and privatisations.
She speaks Turkish and English and has a law degree from Marmara University.
