Milbank partners reunite at Morgan Lewis

Morgan Lewis & Bockius has brought together a trio of former Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy after taking on corporate expert Keith Black.

Black moves to Morgan Lewis as a partner in the firm’s London office, where he will focus on M&A, private equity and securities offerings.

Black will join Peter Wallace, managing partner at Morgan Lewis’ London office, who previously practised at Milbank Tweed.

On his arrival Black will also work with Kenneth Mildwaters who spent around a year at Milbank Tweed after leaving spirits giant Diageo where he served as general counsel and group legal director.

After leaving Milbank Tweed, Mildwaters moved to US finance group Babcock & Brown before spending eight months with Australian firm Jackson McDonald Barristers & Solicitors. Mildwaters joined Morgan Lewis late last year.
