Michel Molitor is a partner at MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour. He is the personal contact partner for many of the firm’s national and international clients in numerous industry sectors and supervises the work co-ordination with other departments of the firm.
An avocat à la cour and a member of the Luxembourg bar since 1985, Molitor’s areas of specialism include banking and finance, employment and pensions and litigation and dispute resolution.
His languages include French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Molitor is an active member of the International Bar Association, the Association of Luxembourg Banking Lawyers, the Association Luxembourgeoise pour l’Arbitrage and of the Luxembourg Investment Fund Association. He is also vice-president of the Employment Law Specialist Association Luxembourg and a member of the European Employment Law Association.
