Merger takes HLW Commercial into Leeds

#Yorkshire's HLW Commercial Lawyers has moved into Leeds by merging with commercial practice McCombie & Co. The new firm will be called HLW McCombie, offering business law advice to small companies, banks and entrepreneurs. Its 20-strong team, which includes four partners, will initially operate out of the two existing offices in Leeds before uniting under one roof. The operation will be led by partners Ian McCombie and David Guest. HLW will continue to trade in Sheffield under its existing name.
