Olsens and Carey Langlois merge to create 120-lawyer firm
Channel Islands law firms Carey Langlois and Olsens have merged to create the largest firm in the Channel Islands. The new firm will be called Carey Olsen and will have 120 lawyers, including 25 partners, based in offices in Jersey, Guernsey and London. Jason Morgan of Olsens in Guernsey, said of the merger, "We fit well together. Our cultures, philosophy and strategic thinking are strikingly similar and our core practice areas are highly complementary. The merger will be good for both firms, for our clients and for our staff."
