Memery Crystal has bolstered its commercial property practice with the appointment of three partners from London law firm Park Nelson.
Eugene O’Keeffe, Colm Flood and Ruth Deehan have all joined Memery Crystal’s property department as from Park Nelson where they were also partners.
The appointments increase Memery Crystal’s commercial property team to five partners, one senior legal executive and eight fee earners. Meanwhile, the departures from Park Nelson have almost halved the firm’s property team to four.
Senior partner Peter Crystal said the appointments were targeted at increasing the firm’s commercial property expertise, including specialist knowledge of retail licensing and franchising agreements, town and country planning and compulsory purchase negotiations
