Anderson joined McGrigors as a partner in its Edinburgh office after 13 years at Dundas & Wilson. He has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other funding arrangements, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
Anderson told The Lawyer: “I am excited by the opportunities at McGrigors and also attracted to the strength and breadth of their client base.”
His addition brings the total number of lawyers in the UK corporate team to 79, including 17 partners.
Richard Masters, head of McGrigors corporate team, said in a statement: “Gary’s expertise and experience strengthens our proposition not only across Scotland but also at a UK level in both the private equity and M&A markets.”
