McGrigors merger delayed by one month

McGrigors was due to merge with KLegal on 4 February, but this has now been put back until 4 March, although integration will begin this month. According to McGrigors senior partner Robert Glennie, the delay is due to the parties being "a touch optimistic on logistics".

Hannah Sutter, who acts mainly for high-growth companies in the technology sector, joined DLA's London office on 6 February. Her clients at McGrigors included Indigo Vision and Orbital.

DLA is also hiring Ashurst Morris Crisp's Tom Whelan as a new partner, who joins today (11 February). He was an assistant at Ashursts for eight years and spent three years in its Singapore office.
