  • The combined firm will still be very sub-scale, but in a considerably better position than McGrigors and Pinsent Masons were on their own.

    More mergers will inevitably follow.

  • at least I admit I have nothing better to do than browse the internet today, what excuse does the last heavy hitter have taking time off from advising on huge deals to talk about something he/she knows nothing about? oh, you're not very busy either... photocopier broken??
