US firm McDermott Will & Emery has announced the appointment of three associates to its London litigation group.
Nick Vodovich joins from Gouldens and Samantha McBain from Lovell White Durrant. Kate Learoyd will join the firm from Rowe & Maw in August.
John Reynolds, who heads the litigation group, says: "They are lawyers of the very highest calibre and will enable us to provide the first-class service which our clients expect.
"It is particularly exciting to be building this group at a time of change in the practice of litigation; we aim to bring a fresh and innovative approach to it."
McDermotts' London managing partner William Charnley adds: "The recruitment of these associates underscores McDermott Will & Emery's commitment to provide a wide-ranging commercial litigation service in London.
"The group has broad experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution that domestic and global businesses look for in their legal adviser and dispute resolution."
