Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw (MBR&M) and niche West End firm Barker Gillette took leading roles in last week's employment tribunal claim brought by former Football Association (FA) PA Faria Alam. MBR&M employment partner Nicholas Robertson is advising the FA in its defence of Alam's claims, which include constructive unfair dismissal, sex discrimination and sexual harrassment.
