Mayer Brown continues Paris expansion

The Paris office of Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw has raided SG Archibald for a team of corporate lawyers.
Partner Xavier Jaspar brings his team of four lawyers from the former Andersen Legal firm.Jaspar and his team specialise in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
This is the Paris office’s third partner-level recruitment in less than 12 months, following the arrival of a tax team headed by Sylvie Camus from Ashurst Morris Crisp and the recruitment of M&A specialists Tom Moore and Erwan Heurtel from Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
