Matthew Arnold & Baldwin has hired BP Collins’ former head of litigation Tim Constable.
Constable specialises in banking and trade finance disputes, professional indemnity and commercial contracts across a range of sectors. He is also a Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution-accredited mediator.
He will be the sixth partner in the firm’s litigation team and will work across its London and Watford offices. Constable said: “Coming to a firm with the litigation prowess of Matthew Arnold & Baldwin and getting to work with panel clients such as Barclays and Woolwich is going to be an exciting challenge.”
