Our partners team:
Mihai Mares is the managing partner of the firm. He has more than 11 years of legal experience and he was for almost 3 years, the managing partner of Garrigues Romania, the leading law firm in continental Europe. Mihai was involved in corporate/M & A, energy and infrastructure projects as well as large commercial litigation and international arbitration cases.

Lucian Danilescu, a former partner with Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu, a reputable leading Romanian law firm, has 14 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, energy and capital markets.

Ana Maria Kusak has over 11 years of practice in prestigious Romanian and international law firms (Musat & Asociatii and Clifford Chance). With extensive experience in various corporate/commercial matters and mergers & acquisitions, Mrs. Kusak specializes in competition/antitrust, state aid and intellectual property.

Dalina Terzi has 11 years practice with a particular focus on litigation and arbitration, real estate transactions, dispute resolution, forced execution proceedings, debt recovery measures and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Mares Danilescu & Asociatii as partner, Mrs. Terzi was a managing associate with the litigation & arbitration department of Romanian law firm Musat & Asociatii for 7 years, and she also coordinated her own law office.

Simona Mares has strong legal expertise in banking & finance, domestic and international taxation and corporate and commercial matters. With over 7 years of practice, of which 2 as a senior associate for Garrigues Romania, she also benefits from her economics background, as she holds a degree in international finance.

Cristian Mares has over 8 years of practice and has developed strong legal expertise in litigation, domestic and international arbitration, real estate transactions, labor, corporate/commercial matters. Mr. Cristian Mares was a senior associate with Garrigues Romania and Musat & Asociatii. He holds a PhD in international and European environmental law and a degree in international and European law.
