The 65-lawyer firm Windels Marx Davies & Ives has teamed up with the 35-lawyer firm Lane & Mittendorf to form Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf. The merger, which was finalised on 1 January, brings together firms with similar practices. Both focus on corporate, litigation and real estate law and handle a lot of international law.
The new firm will be governed by a four-person executive committee comprising three Windels Marx lawyers - Daniel Duff, Anthony Coscia and James Thomas - and Lane & Mittendorf partner, Robert Luddy
