Howard Kennedy and Finers Stephens Innocent (FSI) have confirmed their post-merger management lineup.
FSI corporate head Ashley Reeback will continue in that position for the merged firm from 1 November. Howard Kennedy’s litigation head Craig Emden will also stay in his current role leading the combined department.
The combined firm will have 88 partners and 125 fee-earners, and a total revenue of £45m, pushing it into the top 60 of The Lawyer UK 200.
