Maja Jovancevic is a partner and head of the banking and finance department in Karanovic & Nikolic.
She provides a full scope of legal advice related to banking and finance matters: from large-scale transactions in the financial sector, regulatory matters and complex structured finance, to full legal assistance in distressed transactions.
Maja is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and is vice-chairperson of the Finance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade.
She is co-author and editor of Focus on Infrastructure, Karanovic & Nikolic, Belgrade (2009).
