CIS law firm Magisters has elected Andrew Mac as managing partner of its Kiev office.
US-born and educated, Mac has led Magisters’ M&A and corporate practice since 2005. The firm now has 120 lawyers based in Ukraine.
“I’m fortunate to inherit a great team of partners, lawyers and administrative professionals who are loyal and dedicated to the further development of our firm in Kiev and throughout the CIS,” Mac said.
