The treatment of a low-ranking lawyer at any MC firm is do demeaning that I don’t know whether money would be a lasting incentive to retain many of the newly qualified trainees. How daft to extrapolate from your own opinions to what amounts to around 400 NQs in the magic circle every year particularly when you haven’t even qualified yet.
