Macfarlanes wins place on PPM Ventures panel

Macfarlanes has secured the position of secondary UK adviser to private equity house PPM Ventures. The move follows the organisation's decision to slash the number of firms on its legal panel. Lovells, PPM's existing preferred adviser, together with Ashurst Morris Crisp and Norton Rose, missed out in the tender process that started in the summer. Clifford Chance took the top spot as lead adviser.
