Our Banking & Finance department has a history of advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and working with international investment banks. The Capital Markets team has participated in most of the major debt and equity transactions to have taken place on the Athens Exchange over the last two decades, including IPOs and tender offers by the national telecommunications operator, mobile telecommunications provider, lottery and water companies, and issues by the National Bank of Greece. In both these practice areas, we have advised all the international banks active in Greece and the major domestic banks, regularly interface with the regulators to develop financing techniques and have structured pioneering deals. The Firm is highly regarded for its work in the area of Project Finance & PPPs and Privatisations and has acted in all the major projects and privatisations to have taken place in Greece. ?

We offer highly specialised advice across Administrative and Civil law Litigation and Arbitration and are able to undertake representation before the courts in Greece and Europe, in arbitrations and mediations, before industrial tribunals and the International Chamber of Commerce. Our Company & Commercial practice has extensive experience in advising foreign, local, public and private companies, as well as shareholders and institutional investors from a wide range of industries on corporate governance, company management and commercial activities.
