Lupicinio Eversheds joins up with debt collection agency

Lupicinio Eversheds has gone into partnership with a debt collection company as part of a wider plan to broaden its services.

The Spanish arm of the Eversheds International network has signed an agreement with Iuris Creditor, which gives it a comprehensive debt recovery capability.

Lupicinio Rodriguez, managing partner of Lupicinio Eversheds, said: "The agreement with Iuris Creditor really underlines our commitment to reinforcing the firm's strategic alliances in order to offer our clients the full legal package."

The link-up gives the firm access to Iuris Creditor's technical resources and international reach.

Ela Blasco, joint managing director at Iuris Creditor, said: "We specialise in recovering debts in the really difficult litigious cases; however, the agreement also encompasses the management of smaller recovery cases, which we approach with the same care and attention to detail that we give to larger projects."
