  • I have often spoken about the LPO Hype Cycle and how over the last few years we have been going through "Inflated Expectations".   • It's clear to me that the LPO market has reached that awkward teenager-growing-up phase where it is part adult, part child, and struggling to find its real identy in the world. But that should not stop GCs looking for the opportunities that are obviously there. Now is their chance to influence the market, so the teenager can become a real benefit to all.
