Three Lovells Germany partners are standing to succeed Harald Seisler as Continental Europe head after Seisler stepped down from the role in early December.
Munich-based corporate partner Christoph Hiltl is standing against Düsseldorf-based German tax head Christoph Kueppers and corporate partner Michael Leistikow.
A Lovells spokesman said the firm’s partnership council will meet this week (13 January) to recommend the candidate it feels should go to the partnership vote.
“There’s normally a 10 to 14-day voting period, after which ;the ;result ;is announced to partners and staff,” added the spokesman.
Seisler stood down from the role of Continental Europe head after losing out to managing partner David Harris in a firmwide leadership election. Regional chief operating ;officer ;Axel Koelsch has since been taking care of Seisler’s management duties.
