Lovells raids Linklaters for disputes partner

Lovells has bolstered its dispute resolution practice with the appointment of a Linklaters partner.

Philip Parish, who specialises in regulatory disputes and investment banking litigation, will join Lovells’ City arm as a partner in March. He has been a partner at Linklaters since 2001.

Having initially been called to the bar in 1989, Parish requalified as a solicitor in 1992 and obtained higher rights of audience in 1996.

Lovells’ head of dispute resolution Patrick Sherrington said: “Philip is an outstanding candidate and one who brings extensive technical knowledge of the financial services markets.

“His long-standing relationships with financial institutions and his skill in handling financial market product disputes will provide a strong additional resource to our London team.”
