Lovells capital markets practice head David Hudd has been re-elected to the firm's international executive for a further three-year term.
The new term will begin on 1 February. Hudd has served on the executive as finance practice stream leader since February 2005, when he took over from David Harris, who succeeded Lesley MacDonagh as managing partner.
In his role as practice stream leader Hudd is responsible for banking, business restructuring and insolvency, capital markets and project finance.
His position on the executive sees him developing business strategy.
Other members of the executive include corporate stream leader Andrew Skipper, commerce stream leader Andreas von Falck and dispute resolution head Patrick Sherrington.
