Lovells has hired a four-lawyer team from Simmons & Simmons for its financial litigation offering in Paris.
The firm has hired banking and finance disputes partner Antoine Juaristi, who brings with him two senior associates and an associate. Lovells global disputes head Patrick Sherrington said the firm aimed to grow it financial litigation offering.
“The last few weeks have shown that we’re absolutely right in our thinking,” he said. Juaristi, who leaves Simmons after eight years, brings the total number of partners in Lovells’ Paris office to 24.
