  • Well said Lord Falconer. I wanted to do the BVC (BPTC now), although employment prospects after spending £10-15k are laughable.

    The fact that the providers have opened up the doors to almost anyone with a big enough wallet (or finance agreement for that matter) is shameful and someone most certainly needed to speak up.

  • I have to say that I disagree with the comment above, personally I would prefer to have the freedom to make that decision myself rather than to have it made for me as A solicitor seems to imply.

    At £35K to £60K a pupillage, methinks most tenants will be voting against that idea.
