  • Its reprieve for students who are currently in UK. However, the high court refusal to grant temporary injunction has disappointed many prospective students. Many overseas student like my nephew has spend tremendous energy and resouces to be accepted in London Metropolitan Univeristy with full scholarship. Now, his status is still in limbo. How long does the Judicial Review process would take. Please advise.
    Thanks.

  • Hi Kalsang, I am afraid your nephew might be limbo for quite a while. These thing takes time and you may be looking at a time frame of up to a year perhaps more, considering both parties LMU and UKBA have reasonable grounds and would appeal any decision given.
