Guy Locke has had an astonishing year. The roll call of cases he and the insolvency and corporate recovery group have handled in 2004 offers a neat summary of nearly all the key work to have taken place in this field in the last year.
That work includes the Drax restructuring, advising Ernst & Young on the administration of Parmalat’s Cayman subsidiaries, and acting for the liquidators of various Enron entities.
