Lloyds TSB has appointed Denton Wilde Sapte (DWS) finance veteran Adrian Miles as the legal director of the bank’s wholesale and international banking division.
Miles, who stepped down from the DWS partnership on 31 July after 29 years with the firm to become a part-time consultant, is leaving the firm next week to take up the newly created position at Lloyds.
In his new role, which he will take up in January, Miles will report to Lloyds’ group general counsel Geoffrey Johnson.
