Littman barrister moves in-house to BA

British Airways (BA) has recruited competition specialist Niamh McCarthy from Littman Chambers. The former barrister has previously worked in Paris and Brussels. BA head of legal Maria DaCunha said: "Given the forthcoming legislative changes in both the EU and UK competition law, it is vital that we have the expertise in-house to deal with these issues."
