Listed Building work gives roles to trio

Eversheds, Pannone and Hammonds are advising on the property redevelopment of the Park Hill site – the largest Grade II listed building in the UK. Hammonds, led by solicitor Jonathan Perry, and Sheffield Council in-house solicitor Andrew Toogood are advising the council on the £146m redevelopment. The project will be carried out by Urban Splash using £14.8m of grant funding provided by English Partnerships and a £9.85m grant from the Housing Corporation. Eversheds is acting for English Partnerships, led by real estate partner Steven Smith, while Manchester-based Pannone acted for Urban Splash, working alongside in-house head of legal Andrew Waugh.
