Linklaters has appointed a new global HR director after her predecessor Jill King stepped down from the role after several years at the firm.

Jill King
Previously global head of human resources at Herbert Smith, Chris Lynch’s new position will see her taking over the development of the firm’s people strategy, agreeing diversity action plans and supporting talent within the firm.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith in 2008 Lynch was Baker & McKenzie’s European director of talent management for four years (17 March 2008).
She will be based in Linklaters’ London headquarters and is due to take up her new position in February 2012.

Congratulations to Chris, one of the best HR Directors in town. I am sure she will do superbly at Linklaters - they are very lucky to have her on on board.
