Linklaters targets French PPPs with Landwell capture

Linklaters plans to capitalise on the public-private partnership (PPP) programme launched this year by the French government by hiring Landwell’s former head of public law.

Paul Lignières will launch a public law practice in Paris focusing in particular on PPPs.

Lignières, who joins Linklaters today (1 September), became a director at Landwell in 1998. He has also worked as a project manager at the World
Bank in Washington DC.
