Linklaters’ Swedish office is shaking-up its management by ushering in a new managing partner.

Jorgen Durban is replacing Rolf Johansson who is returning to full-time fee-earning.

Durban is the current head of banking and finance at Linklaters Sweden and has been a member of the Swedish management committee for the past seven years. He was a key driver of the merger talks with Lagerlof & Leman.

The new appointment takes effect from 1 May.
