Linklaters’ New York office has returned to Shearman & Sterling for new recruits, this time taking on the former co-head of the US firm’s securitisation and derivatives group. Gary Barnett joins Linklaters as a partner and will be reunited with former colleague and litigation expert Paul Wickes, who joined Linklaters in July last year.
