Linklaters has appointed Jean-Philippe Brisson to head its US environment and climate change practice in New York.
Brisson was previously senior adviser for Climate Action Reserve, which he will continue to advise after he joins the magic circle firm. He has also worked for Goldman Sachs Global Commodities, where he helped set up the US carbon desk, and as a senior counsel in Allen & Overy’s corporate group. Brisson will join a four-partner team in Linklaters’ US environment and climate change practice.
