Linklaters has lost German real estate partners Hans-Dieter Schulz-Gebeltzig and Axel Kunze and an associate to Norton Rose. In the past, Schulz-Gebeltzig has advised Swisscom on the outsourcing of two of its property portfolios, deals that were collectively worth around £1bn. Schulz-Gebeltzig’s practice also focuses on fund work, which will complement the German open-ended fund work undertaken by Norton Rose in the UK.
