Linklaters’ New York office has made its second lateral hire in just over a week, this time paving the way for a US structured finance and derivatives practice.
Adam Glass is moving to Linkaters from Sidley Austin Brown & Wood which he joined in 1997. His appointment locks into the hire of specialist Akihiro Wani from Japanese corporate boutique Mitsui Yasuda Wani & Maeda.
Glass’ appointment arrives hot on the heels of Mark Palmer, a restructuring expert, who became a partner at Linklaters New York on over a week ago.
