Linklaters’ former New York office head has resurfaced at Thelen Reid & Priest.
Marianne Rosenburg, an asset finance partner who joined Linklaters in 1998 from White & Case, moved to Thelen Reid on Monday after partners were informed internally on Friday (24 October) of her decision to depart.
Rosenburg, who was replaced as Linklaters’ head of New York earlier this year by partner Stephen Land, will join former colleague Truman Bidwell. Bidwell was part of the original four-strong team that moved to the UK firm from White & Case five years ago.
The Lawyer first revealed on Monday 9 June that Rosenburg was having discussions with Linklaters’ management about her future. However, at the time Rosenburg said: “I have no current intention of leaving.”
Linklaters declined to comment. Rosenburg was unavailable for comment.
