Linklaters & Alliance has acted on one of Sweden's largest property deals this year. The Stockholm branch advised Swedish post office Posten Sverige on the sale of most of its real estate portfolio, including property company Postfastigheter Holding, in a deal worth SKr2.7bn (£178.3m). The team, led by property partner Magnus Lidman, included tax advocate Lars Jonssen and competition advocate Joakim Lavér. The bidder was Stockholm property investor Wihlborgs Fastigheter, which concentrates on land in the capital and Oresund in southern Sweden. Law firm Glimstedt Advokatbyra, situated in the capital, advised Wihlborgs. This is Linklaters' second deal for Posten Sverige. Earlier in the year, Lidman advised on a share-transfer agreement and an 18-year lease contract for the development of the company's future headquarters in Sweden.
