Linklaters' burgeoning structured finance and securitisation practice in Asia has raided Clifford Chance for four lawyers. The firm has hired securitisation partner Mary Matson as a consultant and managing associates Paul Chu and Edith Au Yeung. Lora Lam will also be joining Linklaters in the coming weeks. The team will be joining the former head of Clifford Chance's Asia capital markets practice Paul Kruger, who joined Linklaters' Tokyo office earlier this month.
