The Earl of Lichfield is facing a High Court damages claim for alleged negligence over the running of property management firm, 86 Holland Park Management. He is being sued, along with London-based Joseph Majubian, by Channel Islands company Benin, which will also ask the court for an account of all sums received by the company, the Earl or his employees from 31 August 31 1993 to 8 October 1997. Bristows will handle the claim.
