Lewis Silkin is building up its incentives team with a double hire of lawyers from big four accountancy firms Ernst & Young (E&Y) and Deloitte. Sara Cohen from E&Y becomes head of incentives following the recent departure of Guy Abbiss to Bird & Bird. Victoria Goode also joins Lewis Silkin as an incentives partners. Joint head of employment and incentives Michael Burd said the hires were part of the firm's strategy to develop the incentives team with domestic and international clients.
