South coast firm Lester Aldridge has hired two new partners as part of a recruitment drive that has seen five staff join since the start of the year.
Geoff Trobridge has joined as a partner in the firm’s charity team, while Christian Birchley has joined the London office as a dispute resolution partner.
Trobridge has been head of the charities and social enterprise team at South West firm Ashfords since 2005. Previously, he held the position of deputy head of the legal framework function in the Taunton office of the Charity Commission.
Birchley is qualified in both the UK and US and is an expert in commercial litigation and arbitration. His hire brings the partner headcount in the team to seven.
Associates Joy Hankins has also joined the firm’s employment team, while Richard Lenner and Alexandros Billonis have both been hired as solicitors in the dispute resolution and corporate teams respectively.
