Legal & General panel review: the results

Legal & General has concluded a major review of its UK law legal advisers – creating five separate panels: group; UK operations; investment management; real estate and private equity.

The firms that are members of one or more of the first three panels are: Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP); Clyde & Co; Eversheds; Freshfields; Halliwells; Lawrence Graham; Linklaters; MacFarlanes; Sacker & Partners and Slaughter and May

In addition, Simmons & Simmons have been retained as a specialist member of the investment management panel.

The real estate panel will comprise BLP; Clifford Chance; Eversheds and Lawrence Graham.

The Private Equity Panel comprises: Ashurst; CMS Cameron McKenna MacFarlanes; Norton Rose and Taylor Wessing.
