LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae has scooped an intellectual property (IP) partner from Hammonds.
Marija Danilunas, who was head of Hammonds’ Biotech/Life Sciences practices, is dual-qualified as a Canadian barrister as well as a solicitor in England. She left Hammonds in September and becomes the fourth partner lateral to arrive at LeBoeuf's London office this year.
Danilunas specialises in international IP strategies and covers both transactional and litigation matters, and has managed patent litigation across Europe and the US.
Her arrival at LeBoeuf follows the hires earlier this year of Dechert’s James Lewis and John LaMaster and Christopher Prior from Vinson & Elkins.
